Sunday Is For Watching Big Names Battle For Major Championship Glory
Hung. Over. I am. You are. We all are. While Saturday is undoubtedly for the boys, Sunday is for greasy breakfast sandwiches, yellow gatorades, and watching golf all day. Fortunately that golf today is major championship golf with some big, big names in the mix.
Tour journeyman and astronomy connoisseur Jimmy Walker is 1 ahead at -11. Seriously, the guy fucking LOVES space. Loves it. Here’s his Insta from yesterday.
A win here would be astronomical for his career. lol.
Defending PGA champ and world no. 1 Jason Day is just 1 back. I think everyone is a fan of that dude, especially this little guy.
This young fan will never forget this moment. https://t.co/jeMii8eIV5

There’s been shitty weather all week. The boys have had to grind out 36 today. As I woke up in a pile of my own drunken filth this morning, for example, Paddy Harrington was already doing crazy shit like hacking fried eggs to within a couple feet.
Young Padraig, fried egg, wet sand. No problem. Majestic. #PGAChampionship pic.twitter.com/HWDLdCrft1

The big Swede Henrik Stenson tees off just 2 back. He’s fresh off a final round SIXTY THREE that won him the Claret Jug in Scotland, so he’s an obvious threat. His action is pure af, as evidenced by this 3-wood on 18.
How good was this 3 wood into the par-5 18th by Henrik Stenson? #PGAChamp https://t.co/44VugvWGBH

Here’s the leaderboard, complete with when balls are in the air.
Brooks Koepka’s one of the rising, cool, young stars on Tour. At 2 back he’s right there. Japanese hero Hideki Matsuyama tees off at dash-7. By no means out of it. Jordo is 7 back at -4, but a few more #RIPHarambes could propel him into contention. You never know.

As is tradition, for anyone looking to make Sunday a little more interesting here are the betting odds from our friends at betdsi. Grab a horse in the race and get your fist pumps ready.
Soft conditions. Preferred lies. Greens are holding. Should be plenty of birdies and some hot action coming down the stretch. Final major ’til Augusta. Let’s get it. Even Phil’s all gloved up and ready to go.
When in New Jersey it's polite to do as the locals. Meet Philly Two Gloves. Majestic. #PGAChampionship pic.twitter.com/AjTjwXYWPb
